Office Assistant
 
The primary job will be to answer phones, schedule appointments, explain the program to new patients and schedule them, type letters, and handle records requests. They will, however, also be cross-trained for both receptionist and medical assistant to help when needed.

Medical Technicians

-  Preparing patients for examination by taking vital signs, measurements, weight, etc., and putting the chart in the proper order for the physician.
-  Administering EKGs.
-  Drawing blood, giving injections, and preparing specimens for processing.
-  Explaining the programs to the new patients as well as reviewing programs with existing patients.
-  Seeing return patients as needed.
-  Stocking, cleaning, and keeping exam rooms in order, lab, restrooms, etc.
-  Answering phones and scheduling patient visits.
Data entry and working knowledge of the computer systems. 
-  Receiving patients to the office in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.
-  Maintaining patient files in a confidential manner.
-  Follow established medical procedures.

MD and PA
 
We are an endocrine base medical practice that relies on the benefits of physicians with varied backgrounds and specialties.  Physicians and Physicians Assistants who work with us have witnessed the effects of obesity in their respective fields and unite to reduce or eliminate the majority of health problems associated with being overweight.

Receptionist
 
The Receptionist is usually the first person that our patients come into contact with. This person should possess exceptional people skills, a good phone manner, and a pleasant disposition. This person shall be responsible for the following tasks:

-          Answering the phones and scheduling patient visits.
-          Explaining and selling the program to prospective 
            new patients.
-          Checking in and checking out of patients.
-          Preparing blank prescriptions and putting them in the  
            chart, filing charts, and printing schedule.
-          Taking messages and routing patient phone calls to the 
            proper staff member.
-          Taking phone orders for mail outs and pick-ups.
